I have also an interest in the napoleonic era and also wanted to just try sketching a soldier of the period. I had done a sketch a few years ago which i found ago recently. I am not sure what i was basing the initial sketch on, and so i apologise if the pose of the figure looks familiar with some other picture. I searched around but couldnt find it. In any case i have put together the colours and background myself. Looking also at some resources on Hussar uniforms. I added also a images of the stages of the work.
